Included :
- Sheets, towels, kitchen towels and dishcloth
– All taxes
– Electricity: a flat rate of 20 kW/day is included in the rental price.
For higher consumption there is a surcharge of 0.70 EUR per KW
– Wood for the fireplace: A pile of wood is provided per rental.
Not included :
– Final cleaning. This will be charged at EUR 50 per stay.
Pets :
A pet is allowed in consultation with the owner. There is a surcharge of 5 EUR / night.
Arrival and departure times:
- weekend: Friday from 3 pm to Sunday 10:30 am
- midweek and week: arrival from 3 pm - departure until 10:30 am
Keys:
Depending on your arrival / departure, we will personally hand over the keys to you or they will be placed in the key box.
Guarantee:
A deposit of EUR 200 will be charged.
This will be returned to you with pleasure at the end of your stay, if the holiday home is left in good condition.
The rates apply to the entire holiday home and its surroundings, to guarantee you a peaceful stay.
